Dr Richard Coster uses a combination of the newest techniques with traditional chiropractic adjustments to address problems holistically. His patient-first philosophy is evident when listening carefully to patients and prescribing customized treatments for each individual patient.

After getting Chiropractic care for his sports-related neck injury as a kid, he never looked back. Dr. Coster is passionate about using non-surgical methods to treat joint and muscle pain and injury and to help people live the fullest lives possible.

Amelia's practice treats each person individually and holistically; Body, mind, and spirit.

Her background in dance which led to a focus on Sports Medicine and Pain Management. Amelia believes acupuncture is a tool to aid the body in self-healing. Treatments can help issues such as; migraines, depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, digestive disorders, allergies, and fatigue.

After completing the extensive 5 year Masters program in 2012 in San Diego, she met her husband and has been practicing in Western New York since 2013.  Outside the practice, is dedicated to her twins and furbaby.

After spending 20 years as a medical claims processor she wanted do find a more fulfilling career. A family member who is also a therapist helped her find this new passion and career in massage.

She offers an extensive range of massage techniques including; effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, vibration, myofascial release, deep tissue, chair massage, stretching techniques, Medical Massage, Oriental Massage, Myofascial cupping, releasing the Iliopsoas, medical massage, and Conscientious eating and Mental Health treatment.

Marcy's decade-long practice means she can thoroughly listen to her clients and devise a treatment specific to their individual needs. Thoughtful communication and listening to the body's signals, Marcy takes a collaborative approach toward reaching her client's goals.

Using a combination of therapeutic bodywork techniques and providing a relaxing yet effective massage decreased tension and stress. Massage also helps improve circulation, flexibility and relaxation. Marcy gratefully shares her gift for helping clients heal from the inside out.

Marcy is particularly skilled in Prenatal massage which helps relieve the mental and physical fatigue caused by dramatic changes during pregnancy.

Raising three girls along with her husband, Marcy is passionate about helping people of all ages. She strongly advocates for stress-reduction with little to no medication through various massage modalities.
